SLPA PreK-8 Caseload, Part Time
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a PreK–8 student population in an onsite school-based setting within the Saint Paul area. This role carries a caseload of approximately 38 students and includes direct support for AAC device use and evaluations. The position follows a consistent daytime schedule and is well-suited for an SLPA who is comfortable working across multiple age groups in a structured school environment.
This role may be paired with a virtual supervising SLP, making it a strong opportunity for qualified SLPAs seeking consistent school-based experience.

Qualifications

Active Minnesota SLPA licensure (required)

Experience supporting PreK–8 students preferred

Comfort with AAC devices and AAC-related evaluations (required)

Ability to collaborate with a supervising SLP and school-based teams

Prior school-based experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Support
-
$32–38/hour DOE (average ~$35/hour, with strong earning potential based on experience)

Part-time schedule, 4 days per week

Consistent daytime hours (8:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Virtual SLP supervision provided when applicable
