Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant Springfield, MA
Springfield Public Schools is seeking a full-time SLPA to support high school students with communication needs. This position involves a mix of direct services and consultation for both General Education and Life Skills/LI programs, including students on the autism spectrum and those with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Pay is $35–$40 per hour (W2).

Requirements:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology or related field
• Massachusetts SLPA license
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Comfort working with students with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities
Typical Duties:
• Implement treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services
• Collect and document student progress data
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families
• Support students in both classroom and small group settings
