Blazer Jobs is partnering with school districts across Minnesota to place Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in K–12 settings for the 2025–2026 school year. We’re hiring in the Twin Cities metro, Rochester, Duluth, St. Cloud, and surrounding rural and suburban communities.

Role Details:

Location: K–12 public schools across Minnesota

Schedule: Choose full-time or part-time roles

Pay: Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly via direct deposit

Employment Type: W-2 contract for the 2025–2026 school year

Renewal Opportunity: Based on district needs and performance
Requirements:
-
Active or pending Minnesota SLPA license
-
Must work under the supervision of a licensed SLP (as required by MN Board regulations)

Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

Must meet district onboarding requirements, including fingerprinting and background checks

Your Role in Minnesota Schools:
As an SLPA, you’ll help implement therapy plans, work one-on-one or in small groups with students, collect session data, and support the supervising SLP in delivering services outlined in each student’s IEP. You’ll play an essential role in helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed academically.
