Speech Language Pathologist Job (SLPA)

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in South Holland, IL.
Qualified applicants have a degree in Speech Language Pathology and Illinois state SLPA licensure.
Employment Type:
- 2025-2026 school year
- Full time hours: 35-40 hours per week
- K-12th grade caseloads available
- Onsite supervision provided
Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision and direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individualized therapy sessions to clients of all ages.
- Implement treatment plans and exercises designed by the Speech-Language Pathologist to target speech, language, communication, and swallowing goals.
- Document progress, observations, and notes for each session in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including other therapists, educators, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
Qualifications:
- Illinois licensure required
- Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
