Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Silverdale, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week | Full 2025–2026 School Year

Model: On-site support for a remote/virtual supervising SLP
Are you passionate about helping children find their voice and succeed in the classroom? We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive educational team in Silverdale, Washington. This is a full-time, school-based position serving an elementary caseload for the entire 2025–2026 academic year.
In this role, you will work on-site in the school setting, collaborating closely with a remote (virtual) supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). You will help deliver high-quality speech and language support services directly to students, ensuring they receive the individualized care they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs, under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and therapy goals

Support virtual SLP by collecting data, monitoring progress, and maintaining documentation

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in communication and learning

Prepare therapy materials and help maintain an organized therapy environment

Adhere to all federal, state, and school district regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program (or equivalent)

Current Washington State SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one

Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Comfortable working independently on-site while receiving virtual supervision
Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $60 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
