Qualifications:
- Current SLPA licensure in Missouri
- Preferred experience in school-based or pediatric settings
- Skills in school-based, educational, and healthcare-related SLPA services
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and motivated to contribute to student success
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students as directed by supervising SLP
- Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session notes
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote effective interventions
- Assist with screenings, testing, and therapy session preparation
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
