Position: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Okeechobee, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (hours TBD with district)
License/Certification: Active Florida SLPA License required
Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time SLPA to join our school-based team in Okeechobee, FL. This position offers the opportunity to work with students across a variety of grade levels and needs, supporting speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
Responsibilities:

Assist in providing direct speech and language therapy to students

Support SLP in implementing individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

Document student progress and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication development
Qualifications:

Active Florida SLPA license
-
Experience in school-based settings preferred
-
Comfortable working with students K–12 and a range of communication needs

Strong organizational and communication skills
