About the Position
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school team near Sealy, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to support students from Pre-K through 12th grade, helping them develop essential speech and language skills for academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in delivering therapy services to students.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Support students in improving their speech, language, and social communication skills.
- Monitor and document student progress, reporting feedback to the SLP as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure effective student support.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Current Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals.
- Proficiency in technology for documentation and virtual therapy when required.
