Role Summary
As an SLPA in Sarasota, FL, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to support students with speech and language needs, deliver therapy sessions, and assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
• Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined by supervising SLP
• Assist in carrying out IEP goals and documenting student progress
• Prepare materials and schedule activities for therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student communication needs
• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation
Requirements (Florida)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Active Florida SLPA license or eligibility
• Experience in school settings preferred

• Full-time, on-site in Sarasota, FL
• Hourly rate: $32–$36/hour
