Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) by implementing speech therapy plans for K-12 students
- Support students' speech and language development under the supervision of licensed SLPs
- Collaborate with school staff and families to coordinate student care and progress
- Manage caseload across four distinct school sites, adapting to diverse student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required
Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license in the state of California is required
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Ability to work onsite across multiple school locations within the district
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with SLPs, educators, and families
