Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support our elementary students in Santa Rosa for the 2025-2026 school year. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred to better serve our diverse student population.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Support students with speech, language, and communication needs within the elementary school setting

Assist in data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation

Collaborate with teachers, families, and therapy teams to support student goals
Qualifications:

Valid California SLPA certification/license

Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred

Bilingual skills strongly preferred

Ability to work 35 hours per week during the school year
