Key Responsibilities

Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

Implement individualized communication and language goals from IEPs.

Record and track student progress with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

Active or eligible California SLPA license.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences.

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $38–$40+ per hour, based on experience.
