Job Requirements
- Valid California Speech Language Pathologist Assistant certification or license as required by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing
- Associate degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology Assistance or a related field
- Experience working in educational or clinical environments preferred
- Must meet all district background checks and compliance requirements
- Assist licensed Speech Language Pathologists in delivering individualized therapy services to students
- Implement treatment plans under supervision and monitor student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and records of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and therapy teams to promote student success
