Requirements

Active Florida SLPA license

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program

Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to follow SLP-directed treatment plans
Job Duties

Provide speech and language services under SLP supervision

Support articulation, language, and communication goals

Assist with data collection and progress monitoring

Work with students individually and in small groups

Maintain accurate session documentation
