Position Overview

Caseload: Assigned based on experience and school needs

Contract: Through the end of the school year with potential for renewal
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $28–$38/hour (based on experience and credentials)

Weekly direct deposit (W-2 employment)

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language therapy services under SLP supervision

Implement IEP goals and therapy plans

Support students individually and in small group settings

Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff

Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

Participate in IEP meetings as appropriate
Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited SLPA program
-
Active or eligible Florida SLPA license

School-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
