Job Summary
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to work with a school district in San Jose, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role serving students across K–12 grade levels. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver therapy services aligned with students’ IEP goals.
This is a great opportunity for an SLPA looking to grow in a structured, school-based environment with full support from both the district and our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver speech-language therapy sessions to students under the supervision of an SLP

Assist with implementing treatment plans and monitoring student progress

Support SLPs in collecting data and preparing documentation

Collaborate with educators, families, and the therapy team to ensure continuity of care

Maintain compliance with all school and state guidelines
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field

Active SLPA license in the state of California

School-based experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
