Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide onsite support at two elementary school sites in San Jose, CA. This position begins ASAP and will run through February 13, 2026.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Support elementary students with communication needs in individual and group sessions

Assist in implementing treatment plans and therapy activities

Collect data and document student progress

Collaborate with supervising SLP, teachers, and staff
Qualifications

Active California SLPA license (required)
-
Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Ability to work onsite at multiple elementary locations
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from $40 to $50 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
