SLPA Position San Jose, CA | 20252026 Full School Year Contract
Soliant is partnering with schools in San Jose, California to hire a skilled and motivated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment and contribute to student success across various grade levels. We are primarily hiring for full-time roles but will also consider part-time candidates based on availability.
School Sites Include:
Elementary, Middle, High School, and K–12 Campuses in the San Jose area

Contract covers the entire 2025–2026 academic year
Role Overview:
-
Deliver speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Support implementation of IEP-driven treatment plans
-
Assist in documentation, data collection, and progress monitoring

Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to support student development
What You’ll Need:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
-
Current or pending California SLPA license
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Experience in school settings is a bonus, but not required
