This full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) position is available for the complete school year in a K-12 educational setting located in San Jose, CA. The role offers an excellent opportunity to provide onsite support in speech and language services, working directly with students to support their communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech Language Pathologists in delivering evidence-based therapy services to students.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
- Document student progress and participate in team meetings.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and healthcare staff as needed to support student development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Possess a valid California SLPA License.
- Experience in school-based SLPA settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Details:
