School-Based SLPA Needed – LOA Coverage

Position Type: Contract – Part-Time or Full-Time (depending on district needs)
Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a leave of absence assignment in a school district located in Crestline, CA. This position is set to begin in October 2025 and run through February 2026, with a possibility of extension.
The SLPA will be working with students from ages 3 through 5th grade, alongside a supportive team that includes on-site and remote (VOCO) SLPs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with moderate to severe needs, be confident conducting independent screenings, and be comfortable facilitating small group sessions.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Valid California SLPA license

Previous school-based experience required

Experience with moderate/severe student populations preferred

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote SLP team
