ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Lamar Consolidated Independent School District for the 2025–2026 school year. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide direct therapy to middle and high school students, helping them develop communication skills that support academic and social success.

Position Details

Role: Full-Time School-Based SLP
-
Location: George Ranch High School / Reading Junior High, Rosenberg, TX
-
Schedule: 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday

Start Date: ASAP
-
End Date: May 21, 2026

Caseload: 80–90 students, grades 7–12
-
Setting: On-site only
-
Notes: The district is not currently approved to hire; however, approval is typically easy to obtain, and they have made multiple offers in the past
Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Texas SLP Professional License
-
Experience with middle and high school students preferred
-
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in grades 7–12

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development
