About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to work in a school-based setting in Buchanan, GA. This is a full-time opportunity for the upcoming school year, offering the chance to make a direct impact on students’ communication and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

Assist in the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Support students with speech, language, and communication needs in both individual and group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students reach communication goals.
-
Accurately document student progress and maintain records as required.
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.

Active Georgia SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain before start).
-
Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred, but not required.

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Position Details:

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (school hours).

Setting: Onsite within a school district in Buchanan, GA.

Caseload: Assigned by the district; may include K–12 students.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly.
