The role involves working Monday through Friday from 7:40 AM to 3:40 PM, supporting approximately 80 students with mild to moderate needs from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language pathology services to students
- Manage a caseload of roughly 80 students across K-12
- Collaborate with school staff to support individual education plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Deliver services during contracted hours without additional district duties such as bus duty or parent pickup
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience working with K-12 students with mild to moderate speech and language needs
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
