ProCare Therapy is now hiring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to work in Virginia schools for the 2025–2026 school year. From Richmond, Virginia Beach, and Norfolk to Roanoke, Fairfax, and smaller communities statewide, we’ll match you with school-based opportunities where your work changes lives.
SLPAs are key to student success, supporting licensed SLPs in providing therapy that builds confidence, improves communication skills, and enhances both academic and social outcomes.

Location: Virginia K–12 public and charter schools

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available

Pay: Competitive hourly compensation, weekly direct deposit

Employment Type: W-2 contract for the 2025–2026 school year

Extension: Strong potential for renewal or long-term placement
Requirements:
-
Active or pending Virginia SLPA license (VA Board of Audiology & SLP)

Must be supervised by a licensed SLP in Virginia

Preferred: Experience working with children in schools or pediatrics
-
Must complete onboarding steps (background check, TB test, fingerprinting) per district requirements

What You’ll Do:
As an SLPA in Virginia schools, you’ll:
