School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | 2025–2026 School Year

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide direct speech-language services to K–12 students under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Support students with a range of communication needs in individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to help students succeed

Assist with documentation, progress tracking, and IEP implementation
What We’re Looking For:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
-
Active state SLPA license
-
Previous school or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required

Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
