Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Rexburg, ID. As an SLPA, you will play an integral role in supporting students with speech and language disorders under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of speech and language therapy services to students.
- Implement therapy plans and activities as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Help students develop communication skills through individualized or group therapy sessions.
- Track and record student progress and report findings to the supervising SLP.
- Assist in conducting speech and language screenings and assessments.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Current Idaho licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
