Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Full-Time, In-Person – Queen Creek, AZ.
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, in-person role in Queen Creek, AZ. In this position, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support pediatric communication development and help ensure they receive high-quality services. The ideal candidate will have pediatric experience and a strong commitment to supporting client success.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of speech and language therapy services under the direction of the supervising SLP

Assist in delivering targeted, evidence-based activities that align with children's’ therapy goals

Conduct individual and small-group therapy sessions addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs

Collaborate with staff, and families to promote consistent communication support across settings
-
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress

Prepare materials and handle administrative tasks related to therapy

Participate in meetings, supervision, and training as required
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or Communication Sciences and Disorders
-
Active AZ SLPA license
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
