Job Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a compassionate and collaborative school district near Port Orchard, WA for the next school year. Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services under SLP supervision

Implement treatment activities aligned with IEP goals

Collect and maintain accurate data on student performance and progress

Collaborate with teachers and families to reinforce communication strategies in classroom and home settings

Assist in preparing materials and scheduling sessions efficiently

Support the SLP in conducting screenings and evaluations as needed
Qualifications:

Active Washington SLPA license (or eligibility for licensure)

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Positive attitude, flexibility, and a student-centered approach
