Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Experience working in schools preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is a plus but not required
- Ability to manage a K-12 caseload effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with speech and language development in children
- Collaborative approach to supporting student needs
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy services
- Support students across grades K-12 with speech and language goals
- Document and track student progress accurately
- Communicate with educators and families as appropriate
- Implement therapy plans under supervision
