School-Based SLPA Full-Time Opportunity in Pleasant Hill, CA
Sunbelt Staffing is currently partnering with a supportive school district in the Pleasant Hill, CA area to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA). This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) for the next school year (NSY). The position offers a competitive compensation range of $35–$40 per hour, along with a full benefits package.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans to support student communication goals

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress

Document sessions, maintain accurate records, and assist in reporting student performance

Support in the preparation of therapy materials and classroom integration strategies
Qualifications:

Active California SLPA license (required)

Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Passion for supporting students in achieving their communication potential
