Speech Pathology Assistant - Joliet, IL
A Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available at an elementary school located in Joliet, IL. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language support services to students under the supervision of licensed speech-language pathologists
- Assist with screening, assessment, and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations
- Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to support student communication development
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Illinois SLP license required
- Professional Educator’s License (PEL) for Illinois schools through ISBE
