Job Description:
We are seeking multiple dedicated Speech?Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to join our school?based team in Apple?Valley, California. This role supports elementary through middle?school students (K?8) in a dynamic educational setting focused on communication development and progress. With supervision offered, this position is ideal for SLPAs seeking growth in a structured school environment.
Position Details:

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and group speech?language support under supervision of an SLP

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and IEP teams to implement treatment plans

Assist in data?collection, progress monitoring, documentation aligned with IEP goals
-
Support students across K?8 grade levels in communication, language, and related needs

Maintain professional standards and participate in site meetings and trainings
Qualifications:

Valid California SLPA license or eligibility to obtain

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech?Language Pathology Assistant program or related field

Experience or interest working in school settings preferred
-
Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a passion for student success

Ability to work full?time and commit through the 2025?2026 school year
