School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Pendleton, OR
Soliant is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a school district in the Pendleton, OR area. This is a full-time, school-based position where you’ll work with students to help them develop their speech and language skills in a positive, encouraging environment.
Position Summary
In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct therapy services and assist with implementing treatment plans designed to meet each student’s unique needs.
Responsibilities

Deliver speech and language therapy services as directed by the supervising SLP.

Work with students individually and in small groups to support communication development.

Assist with preparing materials, documentation, and progress notes.

Track and record student data accurately.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success.
Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or a related field.

Active Oregon SLPA license or eligibility prior to starting.

Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Enthusiasm for helping children reach their communication goals.
