Location: Bella Vista, California
Pay Range: $35–$42/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | W2 | Weekly Direct Deposit
Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school team in Bella Vista, CA. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, values collaboration, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students who need communication support.
You’ll work directly under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, helping to implement therapy plans and track student progress throughout the school year.
Your Responsibilities

Deliver speech and language therapy activities as directed by the supervising SLP

Collect data, document progress, and maintain accurate student records

Prepare therapy materials and assist with treatment planning

Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support each child’s communication goals

Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field

Current or pending California SLPA license
-
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Excellent communication and time management skills

A caring attitude and a genuine desire to help students grow
