About the Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team in Santa Nella, CA. This position supports a K–12th grade caseload, delivering speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP. Ideal for an SLPA who thrives in a collaborative educational setting and is committed to helping students achieve their communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language services to students as outlined in IEPs

Implement therapy plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed SLP

Track and document student progress and maintain accurate service logs

Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and school staff to meet individual student needs

Adapt therapy materials and strategies to suit a range of grade levels and learning profiles

Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that promotes communication development
Qualifications:

Active California SLPA license required
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

Committed to supporting student development and communication success
