A school-based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) position is available to support K-12 students in Richmond, TX. This full-time, contract role will begin as soon as possible and is currently onsite only.
Responsibilities:
- Assist speech-language pathologists in implementing individualized therapy plans
- Support students with speech, language, and communication needs across grades K-12
- Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and clinical staff to promote student communication development
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with speech and language therapy techniques for children
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
