Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience or familiarity with working in school environments

- Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- Organizational skills for maintaining student records and documentation
- Enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners at the elementary and middle school levels
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support students in developing articulation, language, and social communication skills
- Document student progress, maintain up-to-date records, and participate in team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students’ goals
- Prepare materials and activities for therapy sessions based on individual student needs
