Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) for a full-time position with partner school districts in the Pacific, WA area. This school-based opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed in the classroom.
Position Requirements:
Applicants must meet all Washington state and local requirements, including:

Active Washington SLPA credential issued by the Washington State Department of Health

Associate’s or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant program
-
Must be supervised by a licensed SLP per state guidelines
-
Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting through Washington State Patrol and OSPI
-
Authorization to work in the United States
-
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
Typical Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Support the implementation of IEP goals and treatment plans
-
Provide individual or small group therapy in educational settings
-
Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
-
Assist with screenings, data collection, and preparation of materials
-
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff and families
