Speech & Language Pathology Assistant in Lincoln, CA

This position offers an opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students across K-12 grades within an itinerant, contract role based in Lincoln, CA. Working onsite within a school setting, the SLPA will provide dedicated support to help students develop their communication skills in compliance with educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in multiple school locations.
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and other educational staff to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, document student progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Support students with diverse communication challenges to enhance their academic success.
- Maintain professional ethical standards and confidentiality.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings, preferably K-12.
- Ability to travel between schools as part of an itinerant service delivery model.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Location: Lincoln, CA (onsite within K-12 schools)
Contract Length: Current School Year (CSY) contract
