An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support K-12 students in a full-time, onsite role within a public school setting in Oroville, CA. This contract position runs through the current school year (CSY), beginning in January.
Responsibilities:
- Assist certified speech-language pathologists in delivering speech and language therapy services to students across grades K-12.
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising clinician.
- Document student progress and maintain confidential records.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student communication development.
- Participate in meetings as required to discuss student needs and therapy goals.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
- Experience working in a school environment supporting speech and language therapy services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, educators, and families.
- Ability to follow supervision and implement therapy programs accurately.
- Organizational skills for managing caseload and documentation requirements.

- This position is based onsite in Oroville, California, providing direct support within the school environment.
Benefits and Work Schedule:
- Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
