Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, onsite contract position with a school district in Oroville, California, for the 2025–2026 school year. About the Role
As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver direct therapy services, support IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families. This district provides a supportive environment, strong team culture, and consistent weekly hours.
You will:

Provide direct speech and language services to K–12 students

Assist with implementing IEP goals under SLP supervision

Support progress monitoring, documentation, and session notes

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support communication needs

Participate in school-based meetings and professional development
Qualifications

Active California SLPA license (required)

School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $30–$40+ per hour (based on experience)
