We are currently seeking onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join a school district in Oneonta, AL. This part-time position begins ASAP and continues through May 22, 2025. The district is actively interviewing for multiple openings. This is a great opportunity for SLPAs seeking flexible, part-time work supporting young learners in grades PK–6.

Caseload

Grades: PK–6, primarily younger students (“the littles”)

Assignments determined based on district and student needs
Requirements
-
Active Alabama SLPA licensure
-
Degree in Communications or Speech-Language Pathology
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
-
Deliver speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Support IEP goals and track student progress
-
Provide direct therapy to assigned students

Prepare and assist with therapy activities

Collaborate with supervising SLP, teachers, and families as needed
