Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Oneonta, AL
Schedule: 2–3 days per week
Pay Rate: $28 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

Active Alabama Speech Language Pathologist Assistant license (through the Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology)

Completion of an approved SLPA program or equivalent coursework and supervised clinical experience

Compliance with Alabama state and district-level background check requirements

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
Typical duties for this role include:

Assisting the supervising Speech Language Pathologist with therapy implementation

Delivering direct therapy services to students under supervision

Supporting students with speech, language, and communication development goals

Collecting and recording student performance data
-
Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs

Ensuring compliance with IEPs, school policies, and state regulations
