School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant Opportunity Okeechobee, FL
We are seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school team in Okeechobee, Florida for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position will support elementary-aged students under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

Caseload: Elementary students

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Setting: Public school environment
Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language services as directed by the supervising SLP
-
Support implementation of IEP goals
-
Assist with documentation and progress monitoring
-
Participate in school-based team meetings and collaborate with educators
-
Maintain student confidentiality and comply with school policies
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
-
Valid Florida SLPA license or eligibility
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
