Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapeutic activities and interventions
- Work with individual students or small groups to address communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to support the overall development of students
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in team meetings
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license in California
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students
