Soliant is working with a supportive school district near Nocona, Texas, to hire a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the upcoming 2024–2025 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact while working with a collaborative and student-focused team.
Position Overview:

Full-time, onsite position
-
School-based caseload (K–12 population)
-
Full school year contract
-
Direct therapy services under supervision of licensed SLP
-
Supportive district with strong mentorship
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
-
Assist with documentation and data collection
-
Collaborate with supervising SLP, educators, and families
-
Help students meet their speech and language goals
-
Follow treatment plans and adapt as needed
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
-
Active Texas SLPA license required
-
Previous experience in a school setting is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills
