Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

School-based or pediatric experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
Compensation:

Starting at $40+ per hour, based on experience and assignment
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a school-based setting in Blanchard, Oklahoma. This role focuses on helping students build communication skills that support academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement speech and language therapy services following IEP goals

Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs

Collect data and assist with progress monitoring

Collaborate with the supervising SLP, teachers, and school staff

Prepare therapy materials and activities

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
