Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in New Waverly, TX

Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license (required)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong understanding of Evals, ARDs, and direct therapy for elementary students
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60-80 students
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative teamwork
- Flexibility and reliability for onsite service
- Enthusiasm for supporting diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines
- Complete evaluations and participate in ARD meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes for all students on the caseload
- Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and family members to support student progress
- Ensure services are delivered effectively within the school environment
- Adhere to all ethical standards and legal requirements
This is a full-time, onsite contract with hours averaging 37.5 per week, starting as soon as possible, and continuing through May 21, 2027.
