We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in New Orleans, LA for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite role working with a K–12 caseload, where you'll play a key part in helping students overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Implement individualized treatment plans to support student communication goals
-
Assist in conducting screenings and collecting data on student progress

Maintain accurate documentation of services and support IEP compliance
-
Collaborate with SLPs, educators, and families to promote student success
-
Participate in school-based meetings and training as required
Requirements:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited SLPA program
-
Active SLPA license in Louisiana or eligibility to obtain
-
School-based experience preferred but not required
-
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
