This immediate-start opportunity allows an experienced SLPA to step in and provide meaningful support to students who rely on effective speech and language services. In New Britain, you will work alongside interdisciplinary teams to enhance communication, social-language development, and expressive skills that improve participation at home and in school. You will help deliver direct therapy, assist with scheduling, support evaluations, and ensure continuity of student services.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver treatment activities designed by a licensed SLP

Work with individual and small-group student sessions

Support progress documentation, charting, and data reporting

Assist with classroom support and generalization of communication strategies

Maintain organized therapy materials, schedules, and daily notes
